Love the toons very amusing

This game has absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a bundle on Labor Day weekend and had an item from the bundle go missing in my inventory. Thinking this as a minor glitch, I created a ticket to explain the issue. After five subsequent tickets, I have not heard anything from Per Blue to this day. I am supremely disappointed in this companys business model, focusing strictly on the bottom dollar instead of trying to improve their quality of game to improve their bottom dollar. I cannot recommend this game to anyone at this time due to this horrible lack of care.

Kinda by the numbers but fun nonetheless

I did update on the game but now when I try to open game it tells me I need to update well I did but the game will not open..... please fix

I love this game. Its easy to understand. Prices are not insane if you do decide to purchase anything. My only complaint is it seems whenever I have to update the game, I have troubles. It doesnt want to update. Or it freezes updating at the very end and then I cant play sometimes over 24 hours. Which is a bit of a problem since Im in a guild and would like not to get kicked out due to inactivity. Otherwise great game.

These guys do a great job updating and maintaining this enjoyable game.

Very fun game. Not super hard to learn but complex. Characters are fun and game play is interesting.

The game is a blast. But I have never dealt with a company with worse (non-existent) customer support. Dont spend any money in this game. Ive lost sooooo much money due to tech errors. Theres a place to submit tickets. But over the months Ive submitted dozens and never gotten a single response and never had any issue addressed. By far the worst game company ever.

I am addicted! This game is challenging even in end game ... Wherever that end might be?

So last night I downloaded iOS 10. This morning I decide to go on my Level 50 account and find that the game is restarted. It wasnt linked but if there is any way to get it back please contact me.

Have been playing for a few weeks, even paid for some premium currency, and overall the game is ok at first. Eventually however only certain minions are really useful, the game modes become repetitive, and without spending money progress becomes painfully slow. Overall 1 star for a good effort, but other minion games do it far better.

I got the new ios update and it looked like all my progress had been erased. I was upset at first but then I realized that for some reason it had given me another account and all my old stuff was still there just on a different account. Overall great game the only setback has been this confusion

Fun easy good enough for a mobile game

I just updated to ios 10 and my whole game was wiped! I had spent so much time building everything up and now its all gone. This is BS.

This game is so much better than other games I have played. Dont have space here for all my praise...But so awesome that heroes are not limited to beginning rank. Everyone can earn more stars and grow to be awesome. Plus there is supportive help to help you to learn to grow. Honestly cant recommend this enough. Gibe it a try.

All I have to say is a little more characters. That said this game is awesome to play on free time
